Kata

Kihon Kata (Tokyo Kyu) 10 moves only, not 20 that's for later

Work on the timing of the technique i.e. getting the maximum effect at the correct target at the right moment.

Practice using and timing the hips to generate and concentrate the force of the whole body motion into a small point punch/kick deflection etc.

Practice gracefulness in movement keep the body's centre of gravity balanced and make the movements flow smoothly and effortlessly like flowing water

This is then your foundation to build upon!
