Training
Train principally in Wado Ryu Karate up to 5th Dan Black Belt
Weapons training and skills from Aikido, Ju-Jitsu, Tae Kwon Do, Jeet Kune Do and Kung Fu that complement Wado are also taught.
Sparring is both semi contact and sometimes full contact (with headgear and body armour), Wrestling/Grappling is also practised.

Attribute Development
Correct training allows the development of correct mental attitude, attention to detail, focus, fitness, strength, flexibility, coordination and reflexes, these attributes are primary to self development, self defence and performance at competitions.

Club Members are aged from 6 upwards to our oldest member aged 69.
More than half of our club members are families.

Bullying
Bullying of any form will not be tolerated.

Classes
Classes are split by grade to ensure quality tuition for everybody
